Greg Lindberg
General Manager
Greg has been a member of the CPSB team since 2006. He is a graduate of the University at Buffalo, Jacobs School of Management where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Management, with a concentration in Finance. In 2010, Greg completed his MBA at the University of Buffalo. Greg joined us as our Operations Manager in 2006, specializing in the collection, interpretation, analysis and communication of data from our assessments, as well as running the day-to-day operations of the corporation. He also manages all aspects of CPSB’s World Wide Web presence and information technology.
Greg is a qualified practitioner and trainer of the Situational Outlook Questionnaire®, a qualified user of VIEW: An Assessment of Problem Solving style and a CPS v.6.1™ trained facilitator. He has helped in creating effective climates for innovation and improving team performance in organizations like GE, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Velocity Sports and Entertainment. He has also worked with companies like AT&T and Alcatel-Lucent in helping to develop and create new blockbuster products and services.
In his free time Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, Christina and dog, Minnie. He is the elected Treasurer of the Homeowners Association in his community and spends time volunteering and raising money for Lymphoma and Cancer research.
