Additional Software.

Documents: You will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader for this course. If you do not have one please follow the instructions below. Click on the following button to check if Adobe Acrobat is installed. This button will attempt to open a sample Acrobat Formatted (PDF) file.

It the PDF file did not automatically open, or you received error messages, you will probably need to install the Adobe Acrobat Reader following these instructions:

  1. Connect to the Intranet using your company's local area network, dial-up, or other connection.
  2. Link to Adobe Download. . . click on the following URL:
    http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
  3. Select the appropriate version of Adobe Reader for your computer and proceed with the download and installation instructions.

Audio: This course currently does not use plug-in audio software to play the voices of people in the case study. If this were enabled you would be asked to please test the following audio button.

If you did not have the right plug-in software, you would need to install one using these instructions:

  1. Connect to the Intranet using your company's local area network, dial-up, or other connection.
  2. Choose the preferred player for your system and click on the following URL:
    Windows Media Player - http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/default.asp.
    Quicktime - http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download
  3. Select the appropriate version of media player and proceed with the download and installation instructions.
