Dr. Prato-Previde is both a medical doctor and psychologist. His academic research, conducted through the Baconi Institute in Milan, has focused on human factors which contribute to high levels of performance. His private practice has included work with a variety of multi-national organizations in conducting assessments and interventions. He is known for his translation of research on the KAI.
